Answer: R=1.30

In order to solve for radius, which is the halfway point of a circle,we must use the equation C ⁄ 2π. C is our circumference, 2 is the halfway mark of the circle and the little funny sign "π" is Pi, which is you are using paper math will be written as 3.14, but if you use a calculator, the numbers will go on forever. Our equation written out should look like this 8.19/ (2 x 3.14...)

2 times pi is 6.28318531. So we divide 8.19 into 6.28318531. That leaves us with 1.30347898334. Since 8.19 is rounded upward, then we will round 1.3034... to 1.30.

So finally the radius of the circle is 1.30

(You can also view the source, which a fraction calculator has been used to show our radius is in fact 1.30)

I HOPE THIS HELPS & GOOD LUCK!!
