They require us to take notes but we aren't allowed to use them, explain ?

Him well I never thought there's a type of school were teachers didn't gave us home works but in a sentence I can say that all we gotta study or prepare for exams we does it at home. Teachers main point is they will guide us what we have in our books and earn money (my opinion tho :\) guess (I'm just a new guy in this app :| so)
