Answer: (-8.4, -5.6)

Explanation:

In order to find the midpoint of a line segment, you must take each coordinate individually, add it to other coordainte of that type, and divide by two.

In this example, in order to find the x-coordinate of the midpoint, we take -11.2 and -5.6 and add them, where we get -16.8. After that, you divide it by 2 to get -8.4, which is the x-coordinate of the midpoint

In order to find the y coordinate of the midpoint, add the two y coordinates, -3.4 and -7.8, which gives us -11.2, then divide by 2, to get -5.6.

So, the midpoint is (-8.4, -5.6)
