I won’t give you an entire paragraph to copy, but fundamentally, the slope formula is y2-y1/x2-x1. From there it’s used in graphs, equations. Slope is rise over run. Parallel slopes are the same slope with different y intercepts. Perpendicular equations have different slopes that intersect at a 90 degree angles.
