Given :-

  • A equation 6x - 3 = Ax - 3 - 2x

To Find :-

  • The value of A so that the equation has infinitely many solutions .

Solution :-

Given equation ,

  • 6x - 3 = Ax - 3 - 2x .

Add 3 to both sides ,

  • 6x = Ax - 2x

Add 2x to both sides ,

  • 6x + 2x = Ax

Simplify ,

  • 8x = Ax

Divide both sides by A .

  • A = 8

Hence the value of A should be 8 .
