I suggest that we find him a tutor and encourage him to talk to the teacher about it. it's really not are business but if you want to help Joey you should definitely consider getting him a tutar,being his tutor or having him talk to the teacher. If non of this works he probably has something wrong like didlixia or something definitely consider talking to his parents about taking him to the doctor if you can.
