The eight dimensions of wellness are the foundations of a persons life. Emotional/mental affects your mental and emotional well-being and behavior. Environmental affects the space around you and the things you manipulate. Physical includes your body and movement, such as exercise. Financial is your personal satisfaction in you financial status and financial stability. Occupational is happiness in your job or the direction of your career life. Social is the way you interact and enjoy one’s company. Spiritual is not the same as mental because this affects your overall view on life itself and what you choose to believe in, such as religion,
