What temperature does the enzyme have a speed of zero

Enzyme activity is also a chemical reaction of sorts. reactions are slower at low temperatures. At 0 C enzyme activity is very low.

There may be some edge cases (thermophiles, whatever the cold end equivalent is called) but in most cased there is little enzyme activity at either 0 and 100 deg C
