What are the factors that society should take into account when weighing the costs and benefits of regulating a product— such as marijuana, alcohol, and tobacco—that may have harmful effects for users? Are you generally in favor of legalization for such products? Why or why not?

I am not in favor even though selling illegal items like those mentioned, one could make a lot of money but it may lead to either drug overdose or getting caught and facing a minimum of 10 years in prison
