30 ÷ 60 = .5 mile per minute

the diameter of the wheel is 26 inches

circule perimeter = 2 pi r

r = 1/2 d = 13 inch

circule perimeter = 81.7 inches

half mile = 31680 inch

31680 ÷ 81.7 = 387. 76 revolutions per minute
