Why doesn't GTP, CTP, and UTP serve as energy store like ATP?

purines, from UTP, CTP, and TTP which are pyrimidines. ATP was random or was just thermodynamically the most favorable, but I can shed light on where other nucleotides are used in metabolism. size of the purine base would give it different binding properties (larger hydrophobic surface area) than the smaller pyrimidines.
