Contact lenses have adhesive nature

In laboratory perhaps any chemical rushes into your eye then the contact lenses can catch and hold them there

which can cause severe damage to the eye lids

  • option B is correct

If a corrosive liquid should splash in the eye, the natural reflex to clamp the eyelids shut makes it very difficult, if not impossible, to remove the contact lens before damage is done.so the answer is B
