2/5 would equal to 0.4 and 4/5 would equal to 0.8 hope that helps you

If you divide the original perimeter by
\( (2)/(5) \) (which is equivalent to multiplying by
\( (5)/(2) \)), you get a half perimeter of approximately 9.925 units.

If you want to find half of the perimeter by dividing it by
\( (2)/(5) \), you can do the following:

\[ \text{Half Perimeter} = (1)/(2) * \text{Perimeter} \]

\[ \text{Half Perimeter} = (1)/(2) * 19.85 \]

\[ \text{Half Perimeter} = 9.925 \]

So, if you divide the original perimeter by
\( (2)/(5) \) (which is equivalent to multiplying by
\( (5)/(2) \)), you get a half perimeter of approximately 9.925 units.
