(3x,3y) if you're representing the dilation from A' -> A

I think that it would be (3x, 3y) bc the original point was dilated by 1/3 (3 x 1/3 = 1, 9 x 1/3= 3), so I'm wondering which dilation it specifies for exactly, b/c if its for A', then the answer would be Betty. Hope this helps somewhat tho
