2. divide the first factors and then subtract the exponents
so 7.488 divided by 3.12 which is 2.4
then -8 - 2 which is -10
put them together and you get 2.4*10^-10

1: Morgan is incorrect because 10 to the power of three equals 1000. So 1000 times 2.23 equals 2230. Second one I have absolutely no clue. Sorry if I’m wrong
