$b_(2) = (2A)/(h) - b_(1)\\$

Explanation:

$A = (1)/(2) h(b_(1) +b_(2))\\2A = h(b_(1) +b_(2))\\(2A)/(h) = b_(1) +b_(2)\\(2A)/(h) - b_(1) = b_(2)\\$
