X = 5
4x^2 - 10 = 90
4x^2 = 90 + 10
4x^2 = 100
X^2 = 100/4
X^2 = 25
Square root of 25 X= 5

Hope this helps :)
4x^2-10=90
Add 10 to each side
4x^2=100
Divide by 4
X^2=25
Get rid of the square
x=5
