Part a

x = number of months

43x = amount saved at $43 per month

43x ≥ 250 is the inequality

===============================================

Part b

43x ≥ 250

43x/43 ≥ 250/43

x ≥ 5.81395 approximately

Since x is a positive integer, the value 5.81395 rounds to 6

So it would be x ≥ 6

================================================

Part c

He needs 6 months to be able to save at least $250.

Five months gets him 43x = 43*5 = 215 which is 35 dollars short of the goal of 250.

But 6 months gets him 43x = 43*6 = 258 which is 8 dollars over the goal of 250.
