∠ ABC = 180 - 2x

Explanation:

AB and BC are congruent , so the triangle is isosceles with base angles congruent , that is

∠ A = ∠ C = x

the sum of the 3 angles in the triangle = 180° , then

∠ ABC + x + x = 180

∠ ABC + 2x = 180 ( subtract 2x from both sides )

∠ ABC = 180 - 2x
