Explanation:

as I said already in my answer to the duplicate post :

(4h⁴)⁴ = 4^1×4 × h^4×4 = 4⁴h¹⁶

for exponent of exponent we multiply.

n^-a = 1/(n^a)

1/(4h^-8) = 1/4 × h⁸

and together we get

4⁴h¹⁶ × 1/4 × h⁸ = 4³h²⁴

Answer:

64h^24

Explanation:

(4h^4)^4 / 4h^-8

4^4 * h^16 / 4h^-8

64h^24
