I believe that personal responsibility is the main role in what you eat. Of course, if you are a child and your parents force you to eat something...that's a different story. Normally though, it's always your choice between chips and an apple, or cookies or a banana. The food industry and the individual should shoulder the burden of helping consumers make informed choices because you are the person eating the food, and the food industry is the one creating the food and selling it to people.
