Perimeter of Rectangle = 2 L + 2 W = 2*(2x+2) + 2*2x

4*(4x-1) = 2*(2x+2) +4x

16x-4= 4x+4+4x

16x-4 = 8x+4

16x-8x = 4+4

8x = 8

x = 8/8

x=1
