Give an example of both a negative and positive coping mechanism you could use to deal with this stress.

One source of stress in my life is school. School Is stressful for me because I always stress about the constant fear of failure.


I already have a positive coping mechanism: A positive coping mechanism I could use to deal with my stress is I could go for a run and get exercise.


I just need help on finding a negative coping mechanism, thanks.
