For E, you have to answer the questions in a personal regard (but answer them in Spanish).

Just use the words they gave you to form sentences. Like, for 1 you can say "Yo tengo una familia bastante grande" or "No tengo una familia bastante grande" or whatever. Just put a conjugated version of tener in between the words provided, to make it easy.

tu tienes
el//ella/usted tienen
nosotros tenemos
In general people who speak Spanish do not "conjugate" verbs. They are just taught that you use this word in this context and that word in that context, blah blah blah. However, if Spanish isn't your first language conjugation can be helpful, if only for memory. Honestly the best way to learn Spanish is to just speak it more! And Duolingo can help too!
