I agree with this statement because a lot of our young workers aren’t focused on the things in front of them they often get side tracked by there phone and other distractions.

I think that the most important thing for anyone to have a job requiring them to operate and use machines or dangerous equipment should have a metal wellness check and a paided for therapist if needed. I also think another important qualities for a great employee is having a mixed outlook on everything because being one minded is a flaw that can put you far back achieving your dreams.

And finally pushing the collage outlook for students finishing up there years in high school is great all these programs we have here in the United States but what’s the use if you can all up to people who are in the early 20s and are going to big time university’s and they don’t even know how many months are in the year, how many hours are in a minute. It’s so bad to the point we’re people who are going to universities don’t know the presidents are us currency.

A scary amount of young people that you see in can’t even tell you what the civil war was, how Malcolm X great black leaders and pathmakers. I bet they can tell you all the Kardashians, my point is that before we focus on jobs when need to focus on what the school isn’t teaching and pay attention to the important things that it does.
