Answer: Height = 5m

A = ( b * h ) / 2

17.5 = (7 * h) / 2

17.5 (*2) = 7 * h

(Remember that everything done to one side has to be done to both. We can multiply by 2 on both sides to eliminate the 2.)

35 = 7 * h

35/7 = h

5 = h

The height of the triangle equals 5.
