We want the perimeter to be 30 units, so we scale it by a factor of 3. Since 30/10 = 3.

This means we'll triple each side

The vertical side on the left originally 3 units long is now 3*3 = 9 units. The bottom side that is 2 units long is now 2*3 = 6 units. And so on.
