Dear Principal,
As the senior prefect, I am writing to welcome you to [name of school]. It's an honor to have you as our new principal and I look forward to working with you to improve our school.
As you take over this position, there are three areas that I believe need your attention:
1. We need more teachers. The current ratio of students per teacher is too high for us to maintain the quality of education our students deserve; it would be ideal if we could hire at least one more teacher for each grade level.
2. We need more funds for supplies and materials. Our current budget does not allow us to purchase all the supplies and materials we need for a full school year in order to maintain a safe environment for our students and teachers alike. If there are other ways we could raise funds for these necessities, please let me know so we can get started right away!
3. Finally, we would greatly appreciate if you could send us some volunteers who can help us paint the walls of our classrooms and clean up the playground equipment after recess—we need all the help we can get!
