Given :-

  • The area of a rectangle is 357 cm².
  • It's breadth is 17cm .

To Find :-

  • The length of the rectangle.

Solution :-

Here the area of the rectangle is 357cm² . As we know that the area of rectangle is ,

→ Area = length * breadth

On substituting the respective values ,

→ 357 cm² = 17cm * length

→ length = 357cm²/17cm

length = 21cm

Hence the length of the rectangle is 21cm.

I hope this helps.
