Answer:

y = 4/5x + 27/5

or 5y = 4x + 27

or 5y - 4x = 27

Explanation:

Look at (-3,3) and (2,7)

So the line rises 4 units and runs 5 units, then slope is 4/5

using m = 4/5, y = 3, x = -3

y = mx + b

3 = 4/5(-3) + b

3 = -12/5 + b

b = 15/5 + 12/5 = 27/5

so y = 4/5x + 27/5

or 5y = 4x + 27

or 5y - 4x = 27
