Put equation in slope intercept form
6x+5y=10
5y=-6x+10
y=-6/5x+2
Perpendicular lines have opposite reciprocal slopes
Slope = 5/6
Use point slope formula
Y2-y1=m(x2-x1)
y-3= 5/6(x-6)
y-3=5/6x= -1
y = 5/6x +5
