Well they are not held accountable at work for their personal lives at home usually. However, if its something serious such as threats to a fellow co-worker, boss, or the work building itself (bombs and or mass shootings), they will hold full accountability, just because you are not at your job does not mean you can threaten ANYONE. Work or not, you may be taken in for investigation or arrested on the spot to prevent such threats. Its almost common sense but I hope this helps!
