If they have a potential neck or back injury, I would...

I would not move them and instruct them to remain still to prevent further damage of possible paralysis. Then I would call 911

Answer:

First, I would observe or survey if they have any bad or noticeable injuries, and or a heartbeat.

Next, i would check the abc's which are

(Awake, Breathing, Continue Care)

Then, I would have someone call an ambulance while I maintain contact with the said unconscious person.

If they were bleeding, I would control it by wrapping clothing material around the bleeding spot.

If they have a potential neck or back injury, I would make sure they are at a good elevation with no possible way of making them sore later on.

If they are OK and can go home, and just have a sprained ankle, I would explain how to care for it with the RICE principle which stands for.... Rest, ice, Compression, and Elevation.
