y = x2

Shift 2 units left: y = (x+2)2

Then, shift up 9 units: y = (x+2)2 + 9

Then, reflect in the x-axis: y = -(x+2)2 - 9

Answer:

y= (x+9)^2

Explanation:

If h<0 ( negative) then it shifts to the right, if it is is h>0 ( positive number) then it shift to the left!
