8.2 x 3 = 24.6 litres after 3 minutes (8:03pm)

24.6/5 = 4.92 minutes with 0 litres (8:08pm)

80/8.2 = 9.7560976 minutes for 80 litres (8:18pm)

Answer = 8:18pm
