It would be f(x)= |2x|-5 since it goes down 5 units
(If the + or - is inside or the absolute value then it would shift side to side but since it’s on the outside of the absolute value symbol, this means that it will shift vertically depending on the sign… the two means that it will shrink or stretch depending on where it is) but it’s A
