Answer:

let (5,4)=(x1,y1)

(-3,-2)=(x2,y2)

now, by using distance formula

we get distance between line segment =10 unit

therefore distance =10 units ans

Solution,

As the formula...


= \sqrt{( - 3 - 5 {)}^(2) + ( - 2 - 4 {)}^(2) }


= \sqrt{( - 8 {)}^(2) + ( - 6 {)}^(2) }


= √(64 + 36)


= √(100)

= 10 units...
