Because you have the value of the variables, all you need to do is plug those variables in and the solve like you usually would (PEMDAS)

Do everything inside of the parenthesis first and then work your way through the problem.

2[(5/2)((7)-5(1/5))]
2[5/2(7-5)]
2[5/2(2)]
2[5]
10

Final answer: 10
