Can't say true or false because both can be answers in different cases, mathematically speaking you can select one thing from a set of similar things having similar chance to be selected. and again you can also select one thing at random from a set of things having different chance of being selected. in my perspective:)

and maybe the question has more chance to be false because if a statement is false at least in one case it is false.
