Given,

$h(x) = {6x}^(2) + {4x}^(4) + 7x$

$g( x) = {6x}^(2) - 4x + {3x}^(4)$

Therefore,

h(x) + g(x)

$( {6x}^(2) + {4x}^(4) + 7x) + ({6x}^(2) - 4x + {3x}^(4))$

${6x}^(2) + {4x}^(4) + 7x + {6x}^(2) - 4x + {3x}^(4)$

$(4 {x}^(4) + 3 {x}^(4) ) + ( {6x}^(2) + {6x}^(2) ) + (7x - 4x)$

${7x}^(4) + {12x}^(2) + 3x$
