Answer:the problem is kinda confusing on the (three-cent five-cent and 10-cent lollipops) part ) but if she needs to spend 1$ exactly the answer is 14( reason show below.)

Step-by-step explanation

First I did

(3x5=15)

then I did

(15x4=60)

Then

60+15+15=90

Lastly

90+5+5=100(aka 1$)

In conclusion she can buy 14
