What are the social and physical obstacles that you encounter and have to overcome to exercise regularly?.

For the physical aspect, you’d likely have to build up stamina to workout regularly, and a certain schedule to attempt to stick to would be beneficial. In addition, eating healthily would give you the energy to workout. Socially, people who are bigger or are beginners in the gym may feel they are being watched/judged, they’d have to break free from the care that they may be watched and/or judged.
