Tulip bulbs are on sale at two different stores. Which store offers a lower price per tulip bulb? Explain your reasoning or use a diagram to show your thinking.

$9 ● Store B: 5 tulip bulbs for $11

Store B offers a lower price per bulb.
Because 9 divided by 4 is equal to 2.25. And 11 divided by 5 is 2.2. If store A sold 5 bulges the price would be 11.25. Therefore store B is cheaper.
