Answer:

a) 275 b) 284

Explanation:

As we all know you round up if there is a five and above , and round down if there is anything below that.

a) nothing lower than five can round up, so 275 can round up to the nearest 10 which is 280 as 274 and below would round down to 270.

b) anything above the five would round to 290 therefore the only integer ( full number ) that can round down is 284.
