To find the slope from two points, you'll have to use the formula
y2-y1/x2-x1.

This would be just for one line so you'll have to use this formula for both.

X1 represents the first x-cordinate and x2 represents the second.

Same with y. Y1, represents the frist y corrdinate and y2 represents the second y cordinate.

The slope for both of them should be -3.

This means that they're parrallel because they both have the same slope.
