How do fixed mindset teachers think about their students? how do growth mindset teachers think about their students? Why would a growth mindset teacher be more successful with his/her students?

Teacher likes a magician. students are obdience . first of all teacher must have motivate the students for himself and show what he want then students will curious for new things like study,sports etc.
