1. The spread of Dar-al-Islam and it’s impacts around the world
2. The Malacca Strait and how important it was since it connected the Indian Ocean to the Pacific Ocean (also mention how they taxed people so Malacca became wealthy, thought they did get conquered by the Portuguese)
3. Maybe the Silk Road, how it originated in China and spread elsewhere
4. Champa rice and how it made China wealthy and impacted other places
5. Mansa Musa, the richest man in the world ever, and how he effected Mail
6. The origin story of Islam with Muhammad
7. The origin story of Buddhism with the Buddha
Im currently in AP World History and those seem to be major things i’ve learned so far. Hopefully this helps! (I find that Mansa Musa may be the most intriguing)
