N^2 +2n+1

Find what each number has to add to get each number
4->9->16 ect
+5, +7, +9,+11
Find the difference of that
+2 each time that gives you your 2n
Then half the 2n and that gives u ur +1
Now select any number and put it room the formulae u man’s to see if it works

Answer:

(n+1)^2.

Explanation:

Term: 1 2 3 4 5

Value 4 9 16 25 36

= 2^2 3^2 4^2 5^2 6^2

So, the nth term is (n + 1)^2.
