Answer: The House charges the President, the Senate tries, so the SENATE.

Explanation: A common misconception is that impeachment removes a president from office. But that is not true. When the House brings charges against a president (or SCOTUS justice), it's just that- charges. The Senate is where the "charges", or Articles of Impeachment, are actually tried, and it is the Senate that actually convicts a President. Although the House has impeached three presidents (that doesn't mean they were always justified in doing so, though) the Senate has never actually convicted and removed a president.
