y -3/3 +12
Steps:
We use PEMDAS to help simply
-3/3 is -1
So,
y - 1 + 12
Then -1 + 12 is equal to 11
Your answer should be:
C. y + 11

Y=11
Because 3/3 is the same as 1
So -1+12=11
